Fanny joined Andulf in 2024 and mainly advises on venture capital investments, private M&A and corporate related matters. Fanny has previous experience in representing private equity and venture capital funds, emerging growth companies and technology companies in their establishment, financing rounds, equity investments, incentive plans, divestments and M&A.

Andulf acted as legal advisor for PRI in acquisition of shares in Västerkulla Hotell Holding. Through the acquisition and a subsequent subscription of newly issued shares, PRI will own approximately one third of the Västerkulla Hotell Holding, alongside LO and Östersjöstiftelsen.
Andulf acted as legal advisor for Norrsken Launcher in connection with its investment into Renasens AB, which has developed a breakthrough technology that cost-efficiently transforms blended textile into high-quality fibers and thus makes textile recycling commercially viable.
