Andulf acted as legal advisor to Alstin Capital in connection with its investment in Bits Technology as part of Bits Technology’s EUR 12 million Series A financing. The financing round was led by Alstin Capital with participation from, among others, Cherry Ventures, Alliance Ventures and Unusual Ventures. Bits Technology is a Swedish company that develops software for regulatory compliance and customer/business onboarding in the financial sector, and the funding will be used to deepen automation across financial crime workflows, expand coverage of additional regulatory and data sources, and scale commercial operations across key markets.

Andulf acted as legal advisor to Evolver Equity in its acquisition of Ingenjörsfirma Evert Johansson AB.

Andulf acted as legal advisor to Evolver Equity in its acquisition of Steens Mekaniska i Tidaholm Aktiebolag.

Andulf acted as lead legal advisor in Binero’s acquisition of all shares in Hibox Systems Oy AB.

Andulf acted as legal advisor for Norrsken Launcher in connection with its investment in Blykalla as part of Blykalla’s USD 50 million financing round. The financing round was led by Norrsken Launcher, Armada Investment and Oklo. Blykalla is developing and building small modular reactors (SMRs) to deliver the next generation of clean energy.

Andulf acted as legal advisor for NVC Fund 2 in connection with its second investment in Endra Systems AB (“Endra”) as part of Endra’s USD 20 million seed round.

Andulf acted as legal advisor to Ymer when establishing the fund Ymer Alternative Credit Fund IV AB (publ) and listing of the fund on Nordic Growth Market NGM.

Andulf acted as legal advisor to Blinto and its majority owner Verdane in Blinto’s acquisition of ATS Group, a Norwegian group which, similar to Blinto, is specialized in digital auctions for used machinery and vehicles.

Andulf acted as legal advisor for Spintop Investment Partner IV in connection with its investment into Meetric Nordic AB (“Meetric”), as part of Meetric’s SEK 21 million funding round. Meetric has developed a leading conversational AI solution transforming meetings and customer conversations (conducted by humans or AI across any medium and department) into structured business insights and automated workflows.

Andulf acted as legal advisor for Spintop Investment Partner IV in connection with its investment in Standab AB (“Standab”) as part of Standab’s SEK 40 million financing round. Standab provides universal charging stations for light electric vehicles, helping cities and operators cut costs, organize streets, and accelerate the transition to sustainable mobility.

Andulf acted as legal advisor for Spintop Investment Partner IV in connection with its investment in Anna & Hubert Labs AB (“Hubert AI”), which has developed an AI-first hiring platform transforming high volume recruitment. Hubert AI is revolutionizing large-scale hiring by offering a structured, bias-aware and scalable alternative to traditional screening, saving up to 80% of recruiter screening time, improving quality by up to 5x and enabling fairer, more consistent candidate evaluation.

Andulf acted as legal advisor for Norrsken Launcher in connection with its investment into Cler AB (former Airission AB), which has developed the world’s first filter-free Air Purification Technology delivering up to 90% cleaner air than commonly used air filters with at least 60% lower running costs making clean air accessible for everyone.

Andulf acted as legal advisor to the European Investment Fund (“EIF”) in connection with its investment in Bluefront Capital II AS, a Norwegian fund investing in companies developing products, services, software, and technology promoting sustainability in the seafood value chain.

Andulf acted as legal advisor to Verdane in its majority investment in Natlink Group, a hunting and outdoor community software provider.

Andulf acted as legal advisor for Spintop Investment Partner IV in connection with its investment in Impulso Retail Sweden AB (“Impulso”) as part of Impulso’s € 6 million seed funding round. Impulso provides a data platform that solves the fashion industry's lack of product performance insights at the retailer level by enabling full transparency for brands, retailers, and wholesalers to optimize sell-through and reduce waste.

Andulf acted as legal advisor for NVC Fund 2 in connection with its investment into Endra Systems AB (“Endra AI”) as part of Endra AI’s € 3 million pre-seed round. Endra AI is building the world’s first generative, end-to-end AI platform for MEP design, automating time-intensive workflows and turning projects that usually take months into a few hours boosting productivity by over 70x.

Andulf acted as legal advisor for Norrsken Launcher in connection with its investment into Seapattern AB, which leads the way in innovative renewable energy production – Hydrokinetic Energy Solutions.

Andulf acted as legal advisor for Centra and its shareholders in connection with H&Ms investment in Centra.

Andulf acted as legal advisor for PRI in acquisition of shares in Västerkulla Hotell Holding. Through the acquisition and a subsequent subscription of newly issued shares, PRI will own approximately one third of the Västerkulla Hotell Holding, alongside LO and Östersjöstiftelsen.

Andulf acted as legal advisor to the Swedish state owned company Saminvest AB in connection with its investments in the angel investment company administrated by STING, the seventh angel round, Propel Capital VII.

Andulf acted as lead legal advisor in Binero’s acquisition of all shares in IT Partner Tromsø AS.
